Comparison of Sexual Function Changes between Two Groups of Male Kidney Recipients from Living Donor and Cadaveric Donor

Due to high incidence of kidney failure and ESRD cases, the need for better more effective treatments increases increase life span patients their quality life. One useful treatment methods in with severe renal is transplantation, which performed two ways: transplantation from a living donor cadaveric donor. Considering that almost most who are candidates transplant surgery young or middle-aged, one important factors affecting satisfaction course sexual ability performance. All underwent 5/22/2015to 5/22/2015in Sina Hospital constituted statistical population this study. Sampling study simple sampling method used collect required data information questionnaire. Independent variables investigated study, related as well various parameters performance patients, were collected recorded separately according approved model IIEF-15 questionnaire Iran male patients. The was statistically analyzed by SPSS software, version 16. Frequency frequency percentage describe qualitative data, mean standard deviation quantitative collected. Qualitative using chi-square test t-test. Based on results obtained, function improved after both groups.
